Since you have ranks of 848537 and 103284 in the JEE Main CRL and Gen-EWS categories respectively, it may be very hard to receive an admission in B.Tech programs in Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology (Pantnagar University) under the home state quota. Firstly, the ranks in most EWS home state cutoffs are generally up to about 300,000 and as per the previous year cutoffs, the cut-off stood at 200095 for B.Tech Electronics Engineering, 169720 B.Tech electrical Engineering etc. Your rank under EWS is very high to the extent that direct admission is to be a challenge. You ought to investigate other schools or in o

It is normally impossible to get into a top/best NIT or IIIT or GFTI with a score of 53 percentile in JEE Main since their cut-offs are generally very high. However, there are a number of options of exploring the private engineering colleges in India and also government colleges which accept lower percentile of JEE Main in the state level institutions. Such colleges could be found as Seacom Skills University, Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Terna Engineering College, Pallavi Engineering College, Marwadi University, and other institutions where quite numerous engineering specializations are usually offered.

With a JEE Main percentile around 63, you can consider admission to several private and government engineering colleges in Telangana that accept JEE Main scores. However, with a percentile of 63 admission to top NILTs or IIIT Hyderabad may be challenging, as their cutoff ranks are typically much better.

With a 91 percentile in JEE Main, your estimated All? India Rank is around 135,000+.
At this percentile:
Chances for CSE at IITs – nearly nil
NIT/IIIT CSE – additionally not possible
You can also get other branches (like ECE, Mech, Civil) in decrease-tier NITs or IIITs
Recommendation: Consider:
Accepting CSE at private or state colleges
Aiming for next year's attempt.
Exploring associated fields (IT, ECE, Data Science) in NITs/IIITs

With a 57% score in JEE Mains (rank 70,000-80,000), consider these government engineering colleges:
- *NITs*: NIT Goa, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh (Closing ranks: 100835-146440)
- *IIITs*: IIIT Guwahati, IIIT Kalyani, IIIT Una (Closing ranks: 15041-20625)
- *Other colleges*: Government College of Engineering and Research Pune, TCET Mumbai, NIT Rourkela (check specific branch and category-wise cutoffs).

With a JEE Mains open category rank of 31,000, getting into top NITs or IIITs for core branches is tough, but admission is possible in lower-ranked NITs, newer IIITs, and several GFTIs for non-core branches or through the home state quota. You also have good chances in your state government engineering colleges via state counseling. Being flexible with branch and location will improve your chances.

JEE Main is a common entrance exam used to find admission to most of the leading engineering colleges in Maharashtra to pursue B.Tech. Important ones are Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) Nagpur, Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai, and COEP Technological University formerly College of Engineering Pune. Ranks in JEE Main are also factored (mostly along with the MHT CET scores) by other notable colleges such as VJTI Mumbai, Army Institute of Technology (AIT) Pune, GH Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur and other institutes under Dr. D.Y. Patil.

With a JEE Main CRL rank of 848,537 and Gen-EWS rank of 103,284, admission into B.Tech CSE at GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar is not possible. Even home-state cutoffs for CSE stayed below 41,224 in 2024 (Round 3) . Also note that MP domicile does not qualify for Uttarakhand home-state quota.
