Hello Govind Rajput, This college in Uttar Pradesh admit students based on their performance in JEE Mains. This is so because Uttar Pradesh government has now this banded the entrance test that it used to take every year for admitting students in Engineering colleges based in the state which has no been changed to JEE Mains. MC saksena institute has not prescribed any cut off marks or ranking for those who are seeking admission in there Engineering College. Yes, they do accept, but it depends on the which Bachelor's programme you choose, suppose you take BCT (Bachelors in Construction Technology) -
In that, you need JEE Paper - 2
But you can get more information from their CEPT website.

Hello BHASKAR REDDY, It is not possible to reschedule the exam if you don't attend JEE session 1. You have to wait for next session.

Yes, you have chance to get admission in B.Tech in India. But you can not get admission in Government College for engineering. Your rank should be under 10000 then only there is chance of getting admission in government college. But yes you can get admission in private college to pursue B Tech.

No all the deemed Universities don't ask for JEE marks they just need that you have appeared in JEE exams. They don't ask for marks for JEE. But some deemed Universities ask for JEE scores for admission in engineering field in any department.

There is certain qualifying criteria for being eligible to appear JEE advance examination. You have to qualify JEE Main at least like you have to clear cutoff according to your category then you are good to go.
