Yes, you can apply for JEE and engineering course. Engineering is one of the most demanded courses in India. Don't worry about courses, just think by your own in which courses you are comfortable and can do best, before that using youtube and Google find out syllabus and courses information regarding several branches and then accordingly make yourself prepared.
