I am currently in 9th standard and I will be in 10th next year. How do I prepare for JEE? Should I take up 10th material or 11th+12th?

For JEE you need 11th and 12th class material.

Yes because content remains the same. The latest books just have old content with bit a little new questions. If you can purchase new one then its good then otherwise old will also help you.
