You live is UP and Your scored 75.56% in JEE Mains . You can get CSE in lucknow university, yes, you estimate all- ranks would be in 3-4 Lacs plus, which significantly higher then the cutt of ranks needed for CSE at lakhnow university.

Candidates who wish to register for the session 2 JEE Mains can do so in the month of February. The last date to register for the session 2 of JEE Mains is at the end of February. This date has already passed so candidates will need to appear for other exams like the COMEDK and CET exams that are still ongoing. Yes, a low percentile in JEE can affect your UGEE interview. Even in some cases with low percentile there is still hope for doing good at UGEE.

An 83 percentile (INR 1.61.7 L rank) is far above MAIT's CSE closing rank (INR 38k–47,000). So admission in CSE is unlikely. You might explore evening sessions, IT or other branches, but for regular CSE, your current rank won't suffice. Consider alternate colleges or improving your rank for better chances.
