I couldn't attend for JEE Mains exam March attempt 2021 as I am not feeling well my admit card also released do I face any problem further.

80 percentile is required in order to secure admission in top engineering colleges in India ( apart from IITS ,NITS or IIITs) ,you should have above 80 percentile in JEE Main exam

Can we write 3rd attempt of JEE-Mains 2021 without writing 2nd attempt? Because I actually missed the 2nd attempt dates.

Yes, because the maximum Attempt you can give Is 4 attempts.

General Economically Weaker Sections (GEN-EWS) - 10 percent.
SC - 15 percent.
ST - 7.5 percent.
Non Creamy Layer of other Backward Classes ( OBC- NCL) - 27 percent.Persons with Disabilities - 5 percent in each category.
Minimum 55084 Rank is required & maximum 319419 rank is required.

No, there are no chances for you to get any NITS with this percentile score I got 86 percentile in JEE Mains.

-ve marks include nahi hote kya sir? aap 0-10 percentile ke liye 0-10 marks lika rahe ho, but bachhon ke negative me bhi number jaate hain.
