Yes Rizvi College of Architecture accepts NATA or JEE Main Paper-2 scores for B.Arch admission. So you can get here the admission. Please see General FAQ for 1st Year B. Arch Admissions 2020-21 of RCA.

Yes you can write. Earlier, candidates had only three chances to attempt JEE Main but now since JEE Main will be conducted twice a year, the number of attempts have been revised too. Candidates can now make maximum of six attempts for JEE Main in three consecutive years.
