Hello,
Although you are saying percentage what you mean must be percentile in JEE Mains. Considering that you are an SC candidate I feel you should get admission to one of the NIT's. However, whether you will get admission for computer sciences engineering or not I will depend on how those placed above you give their choices. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the college and the branch that you can get based on your performance in this examination. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello Aman, firstly let me congratulate you for getting such a good rank in JEE Mains. I feel that you should get CSE in one of the NIT's definitely considering your status of rank. However the admissions are a very dynamic process and it all depends on how those placed above you give their choices. Yes, there are 50% seats reserved for the state board quota (filled by ACPC which is the admission committee for professional courses in Gujarat), and the remaining 50% seats will be filled directly through your score in the jee examination every year. I am happy to see you at Ahmedabad University which is teaching you project-based learning.

I am very sorry to say that you may not be able to get any seat in NIT Rourkela even tough it's your home state. After considering the JEE Main inputs, your probable rank will be 165,204 - 185,204 and your probable category rank range will be 8422 - 9422. For getting any seat there, your rank should be at least below 24000. Hope it was useful to you. Feel free to contact us for any queries. All the best.

I think you will not get any NIT college because your rank is very low. Thanks and all the best.
