It doesn't matter whether you have written JEE in 2018,2019,2020 , you are not allowed to write your JEE in 2023. An individual can appear for JEE for three consecutive years after completion of 12th beginning from the year of 12th completion.
For detailed information go through the JEE eligible criteria data in its website.
There is no age limit for appearing the JEE exam, but you cannot write it after the three years of completion of your 12th board.

It's possible that you get seat in EWS category or PWD category or OBC category or SC category or ST category that too it differs in gender neutral quota or female only quota.
Since you are category wise rank is 5105 you are eligible for some of the and IIITs and GFTIs in category reservation and gender neutral quota.
You won't get seat in NIT Agartala but you will get seat in IIIT Agartala in Computer science and

But if you are Home State student of particular NITs or IITs you may get a seat .
You will surely not get any seat in Josaa rounds . So you need to opt for CSAB special rounds so that you may get seat in some NITs or IIITs or GFTIs for some branches . CSE is not a sure thing but sometimes you will get due to luck. It depends on the number of persons who have more rank than you appearing in CSAB rounds and number of seats left in those colleges in those particular branches .

You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2022 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2021 since you have completed your 12th in 2019.

Especially by Josaa you will surely not get a seat , sometimes you may get a seat through CSAB special rounds .
You may get seat in least branches.But if you are Home State student of particular NITs or IIITs or GFTIs you may get a seat .
