Being LPU alumni, let me guide you. In certain courses, LPU NEST is mandatory, like if your are seeking admission in B.Tech, MBA courses, then LPU NEST is mandatory, without LPU NEST, you are not eligible for admission, However in certain courses like B.A. BBA etc., LPU NEST is not mandatory, you can get admission based on your previous qualification. You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2023 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2020 since you have completed your 12th in 2018.
It doesn't matter whether you have written JEE in 2018,2019,2020 , you are not allowed to write your JEE in 2023. An individual can appear for JEE for three consecutive years after completion of 12th beginning from the year of 12th completion.
For detailed information go through the JEE eligible criteria data in its website.
There is no age limit for appearing the JEE exam, but you cannot write it after the three years of completion of your 12th board.

You may get seat in NIT Agartala , it depends on your category and branch preference. If you are an open category student them you cannot get any seat in any of the NITs whether it is gender neutral quota or female only quota.
It's possible that you get seat in EWS category or PWD category or OBC category or SC category or ST category that too it differs in gender neutral quota or female only quota.
Since you are category wise rank is 5105 you are eligible for some of the and IIITs and GFTIs in category reservation and gender neutral quota.
You won't get seat in NIT Agartala but you will get seat in IIIT Agartala in Computer science and

You will not get a seat in NIT Nagpur in CSE with 69 percentile. You may get a seat in some IIITs in some least branches( not a sure thing).
But if you are Home State student of particular NITs or IITs you may get a seat .
You will surely not get any seat in Josaa rounds . So you need to opt for CSAB special rounds so that you may get seat in some NITs or IIITs or GFTIs for some branches . CSE is not a sure thing but sometimes you will get due to luck. It depends on the number of persons who have more rank than you appearing in CSAB rounds and number of seats left in those colleges in those particular branches .

You are not eligible for JEE 2022. Because 2021 is your year of last attempt.
You are not eligible to apply for JEE 2022 because your last chance for appearing JEE is in 2021 since you have completed your 12th in 2019.

You may not get seat in NIT if your rank is 2.86 lakhs. But sometimes it depends on your category. There are few chances for getting into IIITs or GFTIs depending on your category. Getting seat in chemical or civil is difficult. You may get seat in least branches.But if you are Home State student of particular NITs or IIITs or GFTIs you may get a seat .

NITs and IITs provide fee waiver depending on your family annual income. Score best and you will receive various scholarships and you may apply for education loans also. After joining the NIT or IIT you will be able to see many types of scholarships based on your study and income.
Your options are
While joining in the college they'll ask about the income
of your parents. At that time of your income is less than 1 lakh per annum then you will be able to study in those institutes for free of cost for study only by submitting income certificate from respected issuing authority.

If the syllabus is not yet completed, first of all, focus on the topics and subjects you are confident enough. And try to score more in those subjects and questions from those topics you are confident in. Practice more on the topics you are slightly less confident about. It's better not to go for new topics. Instead, become perfect in the concepts in which you are good to gain marks in that topic without fail. Most important thing is to check the weightage of the topics and practice accordingly.

You cannot get admission in CSE in any of the NITs or IIITs ,but it's also based on your category. For open category there are no chances to get into NITs or IIITs. If you are SC or ST category you may get a seat.
Especially by Josaa you will surely not get a seat , sometimes you may get a seat through CSAB special rounds .

Yes, you can. You can apply for the engineering programme in CSE with a minimum of 50% marks in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths. You just need to pass the JEE Main exam or OPJU entrance test to get admission with a non-refundable fee of 500/-.
