I got 80 percentile in JEE obc category will I get NIT.

Hello,
You can try, but I am not sure. But, I think 80 percentile with the OBC category is better. But this year competition is more as compared to previous years.

You have not written about the category and home state you belongs. However your expected JEE Main AIR is between 50893-56250. Based on the rank, you can get the following NITs under other state quota for general category.
1. NIT Jammu
2. NIT Sikkim
3. NIT Manipur.
