You should start consuming coffee whenever you fall asleep. Also, it seems there's a lack of dedication towards JEE that's why you feel sleepy. If coffee doesn't works consult any doctor ASAP. Good luck with the preparations girl.

Start solving physics questions from a refresher by focusing on the concept and understanding the formulae. Then, solve the NCERT questions and previous years. You have to practice hard for the numerical. You can use help from a coaching or YouTube, etc.
