JEE Advanced counselling is called JoSAA. The candidates who qualify JEE Advanced have to register for JoSAA counselling with their JEE Advanced details. If you have appeared for JEE Mains you can register for JoSAA counselling for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and if you have appeared for JEE Advanced, then you can apply for JoSAA counselling of IITs provided you fulfil the JEE Mains and advanced criteria respectively. Thereafter, only you have to follow the steps written in JEE Advanced counselling brochure. Now, you can fill in the choice for JoSAA Seat allocation. Just remember one thing your credential should be same as per JEE Advanced a

If you are talking about CRL rank being a general candidate then, there are very few changes to get admission in YMCA UST. But, there is still hope, as the university have decided to add a new branch of Electronics and Computer Engineering, so possibly you can get admission.
And, wait till physical counselling.
