Hi, you should have cleared class 12th to take up architecture admission. Rules as per council of Architecture - Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course.
i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent.
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at
10+2 level examination.

As your percentile are low, so there is less possibility that you get a good engineering college. So, you can apply any private college or if you want a good college, then you should again prepare for JEE.

No, SNUSAT is an entrance exam for Shiv Nadar University, Noida. So, a candidate does not need to appear for SNUSAT exam if he/she wants to get admission at SSN College of Engineering.

IHM Pusa is the obvious answer. It is considered the most prominent institute for studying hotel management and it's alumni are some of the most influential and best hoteliers ever seen. MHCET offers admission to some good college but nothing matches IHM Pusa.
