You can try applying for JAC Chandigarh admissions. You get the following branch at UIET Chandigarh
ECE
Mechanical
EEE
IT
BIOTECH
If branch is not your priority, you can well get branch like Materials and Metallurgical in PEC University of Tech. And also there is a slight chance of getting Production engineering also.

Hi Mekala,
Yes, you can get Government College or NIT with these ranks but you won't get streams such as CSE, IT etc. But, you can get streams such as Biotechnology, textile etc. Good luck.

Hello,
With your JEE main percentile you won't get a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Actually, all the seats get exhausted at around 50,000. So, you have no chances. So please try out for some good private engineering colleges like Sharda, SRM, Manipal University, Amity Univewrsity etc. Here's a list of some good private engineering colleges like

It will be difficult for you to get admission in lNMIIT and in LNMIIT, there is no caste quota.
