Can you mention the state or City? So that I'll give you the list of best college with respect to those places. Since, every state conducts Common Entrance Exams to give admission to B.Tech for any college in India. Other way of getting admissions is through management quota, where you've no need to write CET, just qualify +2.

Yes, you can easily get NIT, Hamirpur for B.Tech+M.Tech in computer science and engineering at this score and under the home state quota.

Don't worry about the state board exam result. You should apply for GITA Engineering College and select your dream branch and go for it. This college has NAAC in A grade and the better placement.

Hi,
According to the Council of Architecture admission guidelines, a candidate applying to any school/college of architecture in India should have achieved 40% score in NATA I.e. at least 80/200, for consideration of admission into first year B.Arch.

To secure admission in Jadavpur University, a candidate can write NATA 2019 exams or JEE Mains paper 2 and register himself for WBJEE for the rank list which is based on all these exams.

Cut-off in Architecture colleges vary a lot. So, it would not be easy to predict cut off for an architecture college. The normal index value is the NATA exam scores which are considered for cut-off.
