Yes, you have high chances of getting a seat in SASTRA University based on your JEE Mains score, but it is difficult to say whether you can get CSE because the competition is too high. You may get other branches like mechanical, EEE, etc. Hence, you may try your best at the counseling to get the branch you wish for.

You should go for TNEA and JAC admissions they provide admissions on basis of board marks. You should also try for Amity university, Noida it is very good in private colleges and they give scholarships on basis of board marks. Yes, if your JEE Mains rank is good, then you can go by TFW quota.

Depends on your area you have done, if you go for government college Assistant Prof. gets 70-1.10k salary and private it's all negotiable
if you go for coaching institute, it's tough but you can decide your salary yourself.

It all depends on where you want to start your 1st job if you study from abroad it will get your placement in aboard. But I suggest you to do from Indian government college as Indian hospitality is one of best in world and you will learn a lot in your internships compares to aboard as Indian hotel chains will put you in extreme pressure and make you a diamond. Studying from aboard will usually let you face difficulty to work in Indian restaurants as Indian hotels demand a lot of work.
