Yes, you have high chances of getting a seat in SASTRA University based on your JEE Mains score, but it is difficult to say whether you can get CSE because the competition is too high. if you go for coaching institute, it's tough but you can decide your salary yourself.

It all depends on where you want to start your 1st job if you study from abroad it will get your placement in aboard. But I suggest you to do from Indian government college as Indian hospitality is one of best in world and you will learn a lot in your internships compares to aboard as Indian hotel chains will put you in extreme pressure and make you a diamond. Studying from aboard will usually let you face difficulty to work in Indian restaurants as Indian hotels demand a lot of work.
