As your rank is pretty high, you have to move to some private institutions. The average salary is around 1 lakh per year, therefore a total of 4 lakhs. As the amount is very much considerable, choose your college wisely in terms of ambience and placement.

First of all congratulations, with 120/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams, 95 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and 88% score in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in very good colleges across the country. Hi,
Yes, you can get admission in these colleges with this score. I will suggest you to go for PES College. It is one of the best colleges for architecture. Placement, infrastructure and faculty members are very good in this college.

No, there is no chance. After applying via OBC quota and home state quota also you are not eligible for the expected college and the desired branch. Since your rank is too high for admission in IIIT-D, you must secure a general category rank under 20000 then through OBC category and home state quota you have a chance.
