For IITs you have to get a good rank atleast in top 5000 in JEE Advance in order to get a good college.

If you have scored more than 75% in your 12th then only you are eligible to get admission there.
Your JEE score is good, you should try for highly preferred branches.

Do smart work along with hard work. And, try to revise the topic which you have been taught on the same days. Study for at least 3-4 hours daily.
