In Delhi NCR, basically in Ghaziabad and Noida, there are various colleges which provide direct admission. AKGEC Ghaziabad, Galgotias, KIET, RKGIT, IMS, ABSEC, etc.

Hi Niranjan,
JEE exam is conducted in the year 2019. In month of January and April, the first level that is JEE Mains was conducted and in the month of May second level that is JEE advance would be conducted. In the year 2020 exam for next session candidates would be conducted.

This is the first time, this percentile system is introduced. So, no one has any idea about that. But, everyone will tell you different things. But, according to the NTA as from their articles you can guess that the percentile for OBC will be 50.
