For every individual JEE aspirant, their percentile was their best performance. So, rather than going in one fixed direction for admission in any college give the 1st preference for the aspirant choice. And also we can not predict in any manner as the counselings will be done on many basis like reservations, locality's and many other.

No, you don't have any chance to get in NIT's, because your percentage is very less. If you are interested in only NIT's, then you can appear for the exam again.

You are eligible for getting admission in MANIT, Bhopal based on your percentage. If you are interested in any other college then you have to appear for few more counselings and then get admission in that college particularly.

Chances are less, because if you want to join in particular NIT College, they should score below 5000 nearly. If not, wait for few more counseling and get admission in that particular college.

All the government colleges in INDIA take admission on the basis of JEE score itself. Some state conducts their own JEE exam like West Bengal as WBJEE. So, most of the government colleges take admission based on JEE marks.
