The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict who's rank will be better. Wait for the final AIR declaration

For IIT Madras, you don't need percentile, percentile is only for JEE Mains. To get into IIT Madras for computer science engineering, you need to get under 40 All India rank in JEE Advance.

IIT-B offers 5-Year B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) Course in Environmental Science and Engineering. The last year opening and closing ranks in general category in neutral gender were 2260 and 5093 respectively.

With 98 percentile you may get a seat in DTU or NSIT but not sure about CSE branch. Usually the cutoff for CSE is too high in these colleges. You stand a chance though to get other branches.All the best.

I would say, no. You won't get admission in IIT NIT IIIT and other good colleges without scoring good marks in JEE. Though there are some private colleges, but JEE is so far the best. BITS Pilani is an exception. You can also try BITSAT.

Yes, it is possible. There are various state level and private colleges examination held. Moreover, there are some colleges that take direct admission on the basis of Class 12 marks.

AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) is an entrance exam for admission to the B.Arch programme offered by IIT Kharagpur and IIT Roorkee. Aspirants desiring to join the B.Arch programme available at both these IITs must appear in AAT. If you want to join IIT Kharagpur or IIT Roorkee, then only you have to appear for AAT otherwise not.
