Unfortunately, your graduation score is way below the eligibility criteria to pursue an MBA course. For placements, both the cities have one the finest B-Schools I. e. IIM Bangalore and IIM Calcutta.

In the job market, regular MBA is always valued more than part time or distance learning. Though the other two also have their usage. Many a times, students are forced to discontinue studies, in such cases part time or distance learning is the only option. You can opt the same through distance colleges, you just need to apply for the same through online or direct mode. You can then share your graduation papers for admission.

Think, don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
