Hi Prajwal, Pros : (1) Faculty - excellent and very friendly faculty, same faculty who also teach at IIT-Mumbai. (Out of top 100 JEE Advanced toppers, a large majority join IIT Mumbai, so be assured top most quality in teaching). (2) Campus - A+, very green atmosphere, and good climate. Climate is just too good throughout the year, all other nearby IIT locations are either too hot or too humid (3) Top notch Lab / computer facilities, class room, all brand new instruments ! (4) Location : It is on 6 lane national highway NH4/NH48 (Bengaluru-Pune-Mumbai road) and there are two airports within one hour drive one at Hubli and one at Belagavi. Dharwad and Hubli are major railway stations also. (5) Dharwad city - the district headquarters, but surprisingly very quiet, peaceful city but without any big multiplexes. Ideal city for students and pensioners. Cons: (1) Sports related infrastructure - Above average, but could have been better
