Yes, KCET is only for Karnataka domicile students, whereas COMEDK UGET is open to students from any state and is specifically designed for non-Karnataka candidates wanting seats in top private colleges like RVCE and BMSCE. So if you're from outside Karnataka, COMEDK is actually your main entry ticket, not KCET. This makes Bangalore far more accessible than students initially assume.

St Joseph's University Bangalore is a public- private partnership university situated at Bangalore. The total course fee for BSc course is INR 6.64 Lakh.
