It depends on the specific specialisation. While the main BE in Computer Science and Engineering branch at Sapthagiri College of Engineering closed at 66,750, you might have a better chance in Data Science or Electronics and Communication, which had similar or slightly higher closing ranks.

Yes, there is a major difference between the two. The students who manage to secure a seat in BE through counseling in Sapthagiri College of Engineering under KCET are able to save on fees as these are government-regulated fees. On the contrary, students who secure seats under Management quota are essentially paying a premium amount for these seats. However, in any case, the college is able to ensure that the fees are used to procure necessary resources for the students.

No, KCET is not a mandatory entrance exam for Jain College, Jayanagar BBA admissions. The institute selects candidates based on merit in Class 12 board exams only.
Thus, all candidates who have cleared their Class 12 board exams are qualified to apply for Jain College, Jayanagar BBA course.
