You will get CSE in Manipal University, so better join Manipal University, because in VIT, you will get CSE core in this rank, but in the second or third category which means approximately INR 3 Lacs - INR 4 Lacs of tuition fees per year.Additional Information: Predict engineering colleges you can get on the basis of your JEE Rank: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor?utm_source=cconnect&utm_medium=CR_JEECP&utm_campaign=8321427.

With this poor rank there is less chance to get this branch. You can try for IP.

Yes, you can get civil engineering with your rank but it is totally up to you if want to join KIIT.
The placements of KIIT are good so you should consider joining KIIT.

If you get admission in KIIT for BA-LLB 5 years. Then, this is a good option. You should do this course.

It's better to join VIT Vellore branch. With you rank, you can get CSE core branch there and Vellore has a reputation of good placements. So, I prefer you to take VIT, Vellore branch and it is far better than KITEEE.

Hello Rratan,
With this rank, it is actually difficult to get a good course. But I would say that you can attend the counseling and try to get a seat.
If not, then you may try for admission with board exam marks or via other entrance exams.

You require atleast 88% marks to get admission in KIIT University. But from my opinion visit the college and confirm that 88% is being selected or not.
