Bangalore University doesn't offer a course in Animation. And, KIIT University doesn't offer it either. It offers: Bachelor in Film and Television Production (3 years).
I would suggest you to rather go for Jain University. The Indian Animation industry is growing at a very rapid pace and many international and Hollywood projects have at least a part of it made here.
