No we cannot say that King's College is equally good as Oxford. Oxford is one of the popular universities in the UK . The university ranked #4 as per the QS and US News ranking. As per Shiksha popularity ranking, Oxford ranked #1. On the other hand, king's College ranked #31 and #36 as the QS and US News ranking respectively. The Shiksha popularity ranking is #7 for King's College.

Yes it is harder to get into University College London than King's College London. The acceptance rate of UCL is between 22-30%, where it is around 43% for Kings.
