As the leading Technical and Engineering University in Europe, KTH Royal Institute of Technology offers most of its courses in Swedish. However, a variety of courses are available in English for overseas applicants who wish to study at KTH. It offers one three-year bachelor's programme, in Information and Communication Technology and there are 63 master’s programmes that are taught in English at KTH. 15 programmes are jointly provided in collaboration with other prominent universities.

Students applying for housing facilities are guaranteed accommodation for up to 11 months if they meet the following criteria:

The KTH India Scholarship is aimed specifically at students from India. All the scholarships for international students at KTH cover the tuition fee of a one or two year master’s programme. All Indian students applying for scholarships must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- One must be a fee-paying student applying for a master's programme at KTH as the first priority.
- Students should have completed UG programme in India and must be an Indian citizen.

Yes, all the students aspiring to study at KTH must pay the application fee of SEK 900 through University Admissions. This fee must be paid before the end of January, since the assessment of the application is dependent on fee payment. For each semester, the tuition fee will be charged in advance and since it is based on price per credit, thus, tuition fee will increase if a student takes more than 30 ECTS credits per semester.
The invoice of the payment for the first semester will be sent by email. It is important to note that if the tuition fee is not paid within the deadline, student might will lose their place in the programme.
