Hi Mani,
Though both these colleges are good I will strongly go for the one with co-op option. Being an international student, it's very important that you gain some experience while studying, this will increase your job prospects there and you can also show some international learning experience on your resume. Co-op is an essential factor in the learning environment so Conestoga I will suggest. But, confirm with them, inquire about the companies they have opportunities with, what kind of co-op learning will they provide, etc.

You have to check on the respective program to find out the IELTS score requirement, please visit Lambton College website and check the program page directly. Different programs will have different requirements.

Apparently, you have to decide this yourself by figuring out your own career interests and your definition of a bright future. No course comes with a guarantee of a bright future. Both the programmes you have mentioned are different ones, you have to know your priorities here. Check the career outcomes, programme structure and match with your own interest. Decide accordingly.

You should check with admission authorities if it is sufficient to secure admission in your college for a course in M.Sc. If you have paid the admission fees, and are holding a valid acceptance letter, I dont think there should be any issue with joining your college for the course in question.
