B.Tech lateral entry is a 3 years programme for Diploma holders students who wish to pursue a bachelor’s degree after their diploma. Students taking B.Tech lateral entry can get direct admission in engineering second year after completing their diploma. Direct Admission in B.Tech lateral entry allows students to take admission via management quota seats.
Following is a list of entrance exams for B.Tech lateral entry for Diploma students:

The fee is INR 96,000 per year for a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering at the Anand International College of Engineering. The requirements for lateral entry are :-
