Qualifying Age: 24 years as on 1st August of the year of Admission. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of 5 (five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons With Disabilities (PWD).

- A pass in Diploma in Engineering or BSc with Mathematics or BCA with PCM at Class 12 level in case of BTech-CSE only with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for BTech (LE) course offered by TMU College of Computing Sciences & IT.
- A pass in Diploma in Engineering or BSc with Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for BTech (LE) course offered by TMU Faculty of Engineering.
