Yes, LPU gives good placement opportunities to lateral entry students also. The university treats all students equally, whether they join from 1st year or take admission in 2nd year through lateral entry. Many lateral entry students have got placements in top companies like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, and more. LPU focuses on skill development, communication skills, technical training, and interview preparation for all students. They provide special placement classes and workshops. Companies don't ask whether you are a lateral entry student or regular. They only look at your skills and knowledge. If you work hard and use LPU

The Lateral Entry Test (LET) cutoff for Rajadhani Institute tends to change on a yearly basis, but here's the current situation, For Diploma holders seeking second-year B.Tech admission, courses like CS/IT typically requires top 500 LET rank, while Mechanical/ECE often accept up to rank 1,500. Cutoffs lower slightly for reserved categories.
Since LET seats are limited (upto 15-20% of total entries), actual cutoffs depends on volume of the applicants. Last year, the last admitted rank was 1,200 for Mechanical.
