Yes,  MIT School of Food Technology does offers BTech Lateral Entry course. The cousre is offers direct admission to the second year of the regualar BTech course. BTech Lateral Entry course lasts for three years unlike the four-year full-time course.

Unfortunately, there's no provision of lateral entry for BA in Mass Communication course admission. You'll have to get admission in the very first year and complete all the 3 years of the program. Though you can get admission to Master's courses in the Mass Communication & Media programs.

Yes, Kanpur Institute of Technology also provides B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry) for Diploma students. Candidates need to possess a relevant Diploma in engineering with 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates). Admission will be given based on JEECUP rank and according to the UPTAC counseling process. Yes, MSRIT (MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology) in Bangalore provides lateral entry for Diploma students to the second year of BE via the KEA DCET (Diploma Common Entrance Test) administered by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
