There is a lot of colleges who offer direct admission based on 12th marks or just appear in any lateral admission entrance exam .There is a lot of colleegs in india who offer direct admission in 2nd year i.e lateral entry.For more once visit offcial website.At first decide in which entrance exam u appear and I which state you want to take admission.

Unfortunately, there's no provision for MDes Communication Design lateral entry in India. However, if you want to pursue a PG course in Communication Design, without investing in 2 years of education, you can go for PG Diploma courses in Communication Design.
