Unfortunately, there's no provision of lateral entry for BA in Mass Communication course admission. You'll have to get admission in the very first year and complete all the 3 years of the program. Though you can get admission to Master's courses in the Mass Communication & Media programs.

Yes, Kanpur Institute of Technology also provides B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (Lateral Entry) for Diploma students.
