For B. Tech lateral, first, you have to complete 3 years diploma in your desired engineering stream without any backlog with 60% marks from a recognized institution/Board.
Further BSc graduate(Math) having 60% marks are also eligible for BTech lateral entry. Yours age must be in between 18-28 years. The following colleges/Universities are offering the Btech lateral programs as:-

Candidate must have passed 2 year pre-university examination or equivalent as recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with physics, chemistry and biology as principle subjects of study.
Lateral entry to second year for allied health science courses for candidates who have passed Diploma program from the Government Boards and recognized by RGUHS, fulfilling the conditions specified and these students are eligible to take admission on lateral entry system only in the same subject studied at diploma level.
