No, there is no such thing as lateral entry for M.Sc course in DU you've to apply for a proper 2 year M.Sc Programme.

All the colleges mentioned above by Mallikarjunaswami are good colleges for civil engineering but NIT-Suratkal and Manipal doesn't give lateral entry through DCET.
