No, lateral entry is only for Diploma holders who want to get a graduation degree. However, if the college you study and the college you want to go falls under the same university then there is a chance. Still, you can't have a right to migrate.

Hello,
First, it is brought out that the concept of lateral entry is there in engineering colleges but this concept is not available for entry into a B.Sc course. This is so since after 10th, there is a possibility of going for a 3-year Diploma course followed by 3-years engineering by lateral entry
