If you have completed Diploma course, you are surely eligible for B.Tech course in distance mode.
There are many colleges, where you can do your B.Tech course in distance mode.
1. Indira Gandhi National Open University
2. Osmania University
3. Annamalai University
4. Symbiosis MBA through Correspondance
5. Sikkim Manipal Distance Learning programmes
6. Mumbai University - IT courses through Distance Education.
7. Jain Vishva Bharati Institute
8. Kota Open University
9. Amity School Of Distance Learning in Education
10. GITAM Centre for Distance Learning
11. Shobhit University
12. Karpagam University
13. Swami Vivekananda Subharti University
14. P

Every Engineering college gives provision admission in B.Tech lateral entry for candidates who qualify in LEET. Such candidates are required to submit Diploma in Engineering marks sheet and provisional certificate by announced cut off date. If you can clear your all subjects of Diploma in Engineering, by cutoff date, then you are eligible to seek admission in B.Tech (lateral entry).

Admission in National Institute of Engineering, Mysore in B.E. (Lateral Entry) is based on Karnataka CET.

You can select our college (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University College of Engineering Autonomous, Anantapuram) for your department placed in Anantapuram- 515002, Andhra Pradesh.
on you can see Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati- 517501, Andhra Pradesh as it is from my state too.
Other than that, you can check Delhi University in Delhi and LPU (Lovely Profesional University). There are a lot of others that you can check.
