The duration of the AP PGLCET exam is 90 minutes. You will have a total of 90 minutes to complete all 120 objective-type questions.

Remember, there is no specific time limit for each section, so you can manage your time as you see fit within the overall 90-minute timeframe. However, it's generally recommended to practice time management during your preparation to ensure you can answer all questions accurately within the given time.

The mode of the AP PGLCET exam is English only. Candidates will be given MCQ types questions. Check the exam notification for more details.

The exam authority conducts the AP PGLCET in a Computer-Based Test mode, where each candidate appearing for the entrance exam is allotted with a computer system to attempt the examination. The CBT is a form of online examination. Despite being an online exam, the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET is conducted across different centres in Andhra Pradesh. In 2025, Andhra Pradesh LAWCET will be conducted at 36 regional centres in 24 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The details related to test centres will be available on the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET admit card.

The AP PGLCET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test) is conducted once a year. It is usually held in May by the Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). 

The exam is part of the admissions process for LLM programmrs in law colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, candidates in the final year of their LLB program can apply for AP PGLCET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test). However, they must provide proof of passing the qualifying examination (LLB degree) at the time of admission if they qualify in the entrance exam.

Non-locals or candidates who do not belong to Telangana can apply for AP PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. The criteria are mentioned below:

The application process and form for the AP LAWCET and AP PGLCET are the same. However, candidates have to select the course they are applying for at the time of registration only. For both 5-year LLB And 3-year LLB Programmes, candidates need to appear in a different test (AP LAWCET) that will be conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. For admission to the LLM Course, candidates need to appear select AP PGLCET/LLM at the time of filling out the application form.
