Yes you can become corporate lawyer without LLM in Company Law, as LLM is not mandatory. But LLM can make a strong foundation and gain you expertise. But yes LLB is must to become a corporate lawyer.

Yes, definitely LLM in Company Law graduates can apply in TCS at various legal positions such as, legal officer, compliance officer, and contract manager. For application you can regularly visit the TCS careers portal for open positions.
