As per the BBA LLB (Hons) curriculum followed at ICFAI Law School, students have to choose various Discipline-specific elective courses after the third year of the programme. Some of these elective subjects have been listed below:
- Business Law: International Investment Law, Financial Law and Policy, and Capital Market Regulations
- International Trade Law: International Banking & Finance, International Financial Institutions, and International Commercial Arbitration and ICC
- Crimes & Criminology: Criminal Psychology, Crime investigation and prosecution, and Forensic Accounting and Investigation

- Harshith Goud (Batch of 2024): More than 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Many companies and banks like Andhra Bank, firms like Kaveri Seeds, etc., recruit here. Almost 100% of the students got internships in companies like Sunshine Inc, etc. Roles offered are HR, legal advisory, etc.

There are a total of 240 seats for the BBA LLB (H) course at Presidency University, School of Law, Banaglore. The seat allotment is done based on applicants entrance exam score. In addition, the university may consider reservation policy of the state or central government. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

ICFAI Law School has not released the placement data specifically applying to BBA LLB (Hons) placements. The highest salary package offered across all the courses offered at the institute is INR 12.2 LPA. Based on the ICFAI Law School reviews provided by the BBA LLB (Hons) students, the highest salary package ranges from INR 6 LPA to INR 8 LPA.

The aspirants who are Class 12 or PUC or equivalent exam pass with at least 45% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible for admission to the BBA LLB (H) course. These students can go to the university official website to register for admission. For selection in BBA LLB (Hons) course of the School of Law, Presidency University, students must have a valid CLAT/LSAT score. In addition, the school may also accept other valid national/state exam scores. After selection, the candidates can report at the university and pay the admission fee amount to confirm their seat.

Handbook on Securities Laws by Gaurav Pingle: It covers the basics of securities law in India in a clear and concise way, with a focus on practical applications.
Securities Law by Kondaiah Jonnalagadda: it is more comprehensive and deep than the former one.
