Nope, unfortunately you cannot do so as DU has the guideline to get include only the Science subjects as in physics, chemistry and biology along with English for the calculation of best of 4 subjects for B.Sc. In any Science related stream. All the best !

Though the courses sound similar, if you go through its syllabus available on DU's website, there are a few subject changes. So the couraes are a bit different
