Hello Sampreet, let me clear your confusion. The MFM program at LPU focuses only on the fashion industry. At LPU, you will learn about fashion merchandising, retail, branding, and marketing.
If I talk about an MBA in Fashion Management, this will include fashion topics with general business and subjects like finance.
I think MFM is a better choice if you want to build a career only in the fashion industry.
