Amity is also an option, especially Noida, but for overall engineering exposure, campus life and opportunities, LPU feels like the better choice to me.

For B.Tech, I'd personally lean towards LPU over Guru Jambheshwar University. The main reason is the overall exposure you get- practical learning, well-equipped labs, industry interaction, projects, competitions and a pretty active campus life. GJUS&T is also a decent university, especially if you prefer a more traditional university environment, but if you're looking for a mix of academics, practical exposure and broader opportunities, I'd keep LPU ahead.
