Yes, sure, after B.Tech civil engineering from lpu, you can apply for government jobs. You're eligible for exams for compititive exams. The thing which I like about lpu, is that the curriculum covers the core civil engineering subjects, so it gives a good base for government exam preparation. In the end, selection depends on your preparation, but your degree from LPU definitely.
