No, having work experience is not really needed to go for the University of Luxembourg courses under MS including Business, Finance and Engineering. For these programs, the curriculum is designed for the fresh grads from university.

However, if the student profile does have work experience, it may be valued and can give one a competitive edge over other applicants.

The students without professional experience may have to demonstrate strong academics.

No students are not guaranteed Luxembourg University accommodation because at the start of the academic year in the month of September or Summer semester, there is usually a high demand for student housing. Students should browse through alternatives provided by the university on their official website

  • TOEFL iBT

  • IELTS Academic
  • Cambridge English Qualifications
  • Secondary School Leaving Certificate obtained outside Luxembourg but was obtained less than 2 years ago and has its main language of instruction correspond with chosen program

Studying in Luxembourg can be beneficial for Indian students in the long run if they carefully pick a course that takes them close to their dream career. And if that career/job role is aligned with in-demand fields in Luxembourg, then students may even end up getting paid well. Hence, the ones interested in finance, technology, and related fields can remain in demand in the job markets in Luxembourg for the long run, along with getting paid well.
