If a student wishes to pursue an MA English degree from Delhi University (DU) they should first make sure that they qualify the eligibility criteria for the MA English course. You can pursue MA English if you have completed a 3 year general BA. As long as you pass from a recognised university with at least a 45% score. Students must study English in their 12th grade as it is very important to have foundational reading and writing skills in English to pursue the MA English course.
