Yes, you can apply, but in some universities, you have to clear an entrance exam.

Yes, anyone can apply for MBA. The only requirement is they need a degree from any discipline. You can appear for TISSNET exam and join in HR and LR. But the competition is very high for this course in TISS.

Candidates not having Major/Honours courses, must have the concerned degree with a minimum 50% aggregate marks or 5.5 CPI in a 10-point scale for General/OBC category candidates and a minimum 45% aggregate marks or 5.0 CPI in a 10-point scale for SC/ST/PD category candidates.

Yes, it is approved by UGC. You can do MA from any university after completion of your BA from here.
