The sub-themes listed under each theme are indicative and not restrictive. What do you want to do exactly? Social work or social entrepreneurship? If you want to do social work the best institute is TISS. It offers MA social work and admission is based on entrance exam announcement for entrance happens in around October and admission process starts by April next year. Alternate option is Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai and recently started MSW in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Contemporary Studies, University of Mumbai, Kalina campus. Admission here too through a written test and not tough as this is recently started. If you are planning MBA in Social Entrepreneurship, then you may either opt TISS 2 years full time MA social Entrepreneurship or NMIMS 2 years MBA in Social Entrepreneurship in part time mode. Admission is through written test and currently over.
